I translate what we learn into product choices: which problem to solve, what to prioritize, and where more evidence is needed. I bring teams into those decisions early so they can move forward with shared direction.

- I researched the organization, assessed its UX maturity, and created lightweight systems for research, collaboration, documentation, and customer feedback. I also developed the UX vision and roadmap and helped make user evidence a more consistent input into product decisions.
How I Work
Good product design is rarely just about the interface. It means understanding the real problem, creating evidence where there are assumptions, working through constraints, and staying involved long enough to see whether the experience actually works.
