What I Bring
I use research and direct user feedback to challenge assumptions, uncover how people actually work, and help teams make better product decisions.
I turn complicated workflows, systems, and constraints into experiences users can understand and teams can realistically build.
I build realistic prototypes directly in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, using AI development tools where they help me learn and iterate faster. I work closely with engineering to validate ideas earlier, clarify behavior, and protect experience quality through implementation.
Case studies
A selection of product design work spanning research-led direction, complex enterprise workflows, prototyping, validation, and design-to-engineering delivery.

How I reframed a tool-specific UX problem around the job users actually needed to do, used research and coded prototypes to shape product and architecture decisions, and created a framework that could scale across network-management tools.

How I reframed a dashboard migration around the work users actually needed to do, separated a validated workflow from a requested capability, and used coded prototypes to move research, design, and engineering forward.
Good product design is rarely just about the interface. It means understanding the real problem, creating evidence where there are assumptions, working through constraints, and staying involved long enough to see whether the experience actually works.
See my approachMy path has taken me from running a boutique agency to leading product design in complex enterprise environments. That experience shaped how I work today: stay close to the problem, understand the broader business and technical context, and take responsibility for turning ideas into experiences people can actually use.
